This list conveys my favorite episodes of Season Two and why I love them so much, it was really hard putting this list together, as I love so many of the episodes in season two and therefore choosing only five wasn't easy. As you may be able to tell I'm a big Buffy/Angel shipper.

Without a doubt my favorite season two episode is Becoming Part II. After battling with Angelus for months and never being able to actually kill him, the time actually came. She had prepared herself for this moment and was ready to kill Angelus when Willow's spell worked and Angelus was again Angel. Oh the angst! I remember watching this episode for the first time and crying along with Buffy.

Buffy, I love you, I try not to, but I can't stop.
Oh, Surprise, Buffy and Angel finally sleep together, and it only ends in Angel losing his soul. *points to above quote* Need I say more?

It hurts sometimes more than we can bear. If we could live without passion, maybe we'd know some kind of peace. But we would be hollow. Empty rooms, shuttered and dark. Without passion, we'd be truly dead.
This episode was amazing, after Angelus kills Jenny Calendar, Buffy knows that she will have to kill the man she still loves.

Buffy. Love the hair. It just screams street urchin.
Away from the angst, this episode was fun. I loved everyone turning into their costumes and Willow in clothes that she didn't feel comfortable in.

You shouldn't have to touch me when I'm like this. Oh. I didn't even notice.
I really do enjoy this episode, especially the ice skating parts. I enjoyed the small rivalry between Buffy and Kendra as well.
